A little bit about me…

For over a decade, I have managed marketing departments and developed business operations needs across various industries, including fintech, crypto/Web3, construction, music, hospitality, and tourism. Over the years, I have had the privilege of leading award-winning marcom teams in these sectors.

My most recent role was at Messari, a prominent fintech data and research platform, where I served as the head of marketing for over two years. During my tenure, I assembled a dynamic team of ten top-tier tech marketers, established crucial marketing processes and software integrations, and expanded marketing activation efforts, contributing to an 82% average increase in ARR YoY during my tenure. Additionally, I advanced many of our internal business and people operations and scaling efforts.

Prior to Messari, I provided fractionalized leadership support to emerging tech firms seeking to launch or enhance their marcom efforts. My focus was on marketing strategy, team building, and system implementation.

However, it was during my five years at ShapeShift, the world's first crypto-to-crypto exchange, that I truly refined my startup scaling and operational skills. At ShapeShift, I developed and executed scaling strategies for essential departments, such as people operations, sales, and customer success. Additionally, I played a key role in expanding the company's brand presence and driving lead generation and customer retention efforts.

I have a passion for executing and educating companies on customer segment identification, marketing, brand storytelling, thought leadership, and user experience best practices, as well as internal scaling, internal communications, systems creation, and people operational needs.
